Dr. Paul Dhinakaran founded SEESHA in 2003 with a deep conviction that every human life has inherent dignity and potential. Under his leadership, SEESHA has grown from a local initiative in Chennai to a nationwide movement spanning 16 states.
His vision of holistic community development — addressing education, healthcare, livelihood, and social inclusion simultaneously — has become SEESHA's hallmark approach. Today, SEESHA continues to reach the most vulnerable communities with compassion and excellence.
