For Ravi, a new school bag and supplies meant more than convenience — it meant the dignity to sit in class with pride. Before SEESHA's school kit programme, he carried his books in a plastic bag. Other children noticed. Teachers noticed. He noticed.
"The day I got my school kit, I felt like I belonged," says Ravi. "I stopped wanting to skip school." Today, he's one of the top students in his class.
When the nearest hospital is 40km away, SEESHA's mobile medical camps become lifelines. Last year, our teams conducted 12 camps reaching over 50,000 patients across 6 states.
For Kamala, a grandmother in rural Tamil Nadu, the camp was the first time a doctor had checked her blood pressure in five years. "They found something early," she says. "They saved my life."
