1. Job Title : Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the organization's goals for performance and growth.
  • Set comprehensive goals for individual departments and oversee daily operations to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Establish policies that promote the organization's mission and vision.
  • Lead and motivate employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Write and submit reports to the management on matters of importance.
  • Develop and execute fundraising ventures to support organization growth.
  • Participate in project expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, partnerships, etc.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of all projects with all heads / Managers and submit reports to the management.
  • Conduct reviews with individual departments and provide remedial action or course correction plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chief operations officer or in a relevant role for 10-15 years.
  • Strong understanding of functions such as hr, finance, promotions, and field projects.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, project development, and fundraising.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Reporting:

The COO will report directly to the management team


2. Job Title : Head - Fund Raising
Job Responsibility
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Plan and host fundraising events to generate revenue and enhance brand visibility.
  • Assign tasks, supervise and motivate staff members to meet fundraising targets.
  • Refine fundraising plans to align with organization values and goals.
  • Identify and explore new donor pools and develop effective donor acquisition strategies.
  • Write grant proposals, manage endowments and oversee grant reporting requirements.
  • Plan and manage marketing efforts, including direct mail campaigns and online campaigns, to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Develop alliances with other organizations to enhance fundraising opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop effective fundraising initiatives.
  • Design and implement csr partnership strategies.
  • Write funding proposals and submit them to potential donors.
  • Prepare quarterly budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Implement innovative ways to raise awareness and enhance donor engagement.
  • Organize and attend non-profit events and networking opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish positive relationships with staff, members of the public, and the media.
Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales or marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of the charity sector and fundraising best practices.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
Reporting

The head of fund raising will report to the coo and work closely with the management team, fundraising staff, and other departments as needed to ensure effective coordination and implementation of fundraising initiatives.


3. Job Title : Donor Relations Executive
Job Responsibility
  • Build good relationships with donors/beneficiaries to support them with their queries.
  • Thank donors for their contributions and handle all kinds of donor communications.
  • Attend inbound and outbound calls; make follow-up calls for transaction failures.
  • Provide secondary support to activities related to donor management software (CRM):create CRM entries for new donors, update donor details, and keep the database up-to-date.
  • Provide CRM support for online donations.
  • Communicate with donors on donation statuses and provide quick responses through WhatsApp/SMS-es.
  • Handle enquiries on receipt books/charity requests and respond accordingly.
  • Support ID creation&password resets, granting access privileges, etc. in the software used for donor relations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience in handling customer service preferred.
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of more than two Indian Languages will be an added advantage.
  • Verbal and written communication proficiency in English.
  • Persuasive Communication Skills.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
Position:

Full-time - Salary - 16,000/- gross

Reporting:

The selected candidate will report to the Manager - Donor Management.
