Job Title: Manager - Finance
Location: Chennai (Head Office)
Monthly payroll preparation
Monitoring & scheduling payments
Audit & finalisation of annual accounts
Filing of returns (IT, TDS, service tax)
Statutory payments (PF)
Monthly bank reconciliation
On-time payment of salaries
Financial management of SEESHA accounts in respect of all projects
Responsible for the coordination of accounts
Master’s Degree in Commerce/Accounts/Finance or related field
Profeciency in Tally and MS Outlook
5-8 years of related experience
Carry out detailed analysis of monthly operating results
Supervise the finance team and responsibility for all finance functions
Manage the billing software and ensure fund flow is proper
Ensure debts are collected in a timely manner
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards & practices.
Ensuring all SEESHA transactions are entered in tally system and maintained appropriately
Execution of bank reconciliation every month and report to ed on monthly basis on the status of bank accounts
Manage cash outflow
Maintenance of petty cash
Ensuring proper deduction of income tax at source & remittance of same to government
Maintenance of payroll system, and preparation of monthly salaries
Ensuring creditors/suppliers payments are made on time & as per agreement/order
Managing and controlling of the organization’s finances
Preparation of the organization’s monthly bank reconciliations statements
Maintenance of fixed assets register and safeguarding of the organizations fixed assets
Ensuring that the cash & cheque payments are made with proper bills & authorisation
Preparation of monthly branch reconciliations
