Passionate young people belonging to the poorest of the poor communities are provided with quality college education and transformed into leaders who will give back to their communities in significant ways.

The ‘Road to Leadership’ project is designed to create leaders out of those children who have, until today, lived without a hope for the future. Identifying children from the most backward, financially unstable and vulnerable family situations in the Child Development Centres and communities we work with, we sponsor their needs all through their period of education.

These children are also highly motivated and ambitious, showing continued passion towards learning. Our vision for such children is to mentor them into leaders, who will be equipped to pilot their communities into development.
