SEESHA (Samiti for Education, Environment, Social and Health Action) designs and implements projects relevant to the needs of the ULTRA POOR IN INDIA, irrespective of caste, creed, colour, gender or religion. We work with persons from all sections of society, including children, youth, women, persons in need of physiological and psychological care, the differently-abled, senior citizens, and victims of natural disasters.

Child/Youth Development Projects

• Provide food, clothing, education and medical care for a child; one month – Rs. 750/-
• Sponsor a child’s education; one time child endowment – Rs. 50,000/-
• Support one tuition centre; one month – Rs. 10,000/-
• Donate one set of new clothes for one child – Rs.400/-
• Donate one school kit for one child – Rs. 500/-

Women Empowerment Projects

• Help maintain one tailoring unit; one month – Rs. 5,000/-
• Sponsor one woman’s tailoring course expense – Rs. 1500/-

Healthcare Projects

• Help construct the 150-bedded multispecialty hospital; one square feet – Rs. 3000/-
• Pay for the medical expense of one inpatient; one day – Rs. 750/-

Senior Citizen Care

Action against Hunger

• Provide three meals for five poor people during a festival – Rs. 1000/-

Disaster Relief Initiative

• Provide food security for a family victimised in a natural calamity – Rs. 1200/-
• Help in the rehabilitation process of one family victimised in a natural calamity – Rs. 20,000/-
• Provide relief aid for a family victimised in a natural calamity – Rs. 1000/-
